Nursing Care Given to Postpartum Women Diagnosed with COVID-19 in Line With Roy Adaptation Model

چکیده
Postpartum süreç, anne ile bebeğin hemşirelik bakımına ve psikososyal desteğe en çok ihtiyaç duyduğu kritik dönemlerden biridir. Bu dönem sadece bebekte değil tüm ailede ruhsal, sosyal duygusal olarak değişimlerin görüldüğü önemli bir gelişimsel süreçtir. Annelerin yaşadıkları bu duruma ek postpartum dönemde COVID-19 enfeksiyonu, bireyde bakımı gereksinimleri daha da karmaşık hale getirebilmektedir. kompleks bakım sürecinde bireyin; fizyolojik, psikolojik gereksinimlerinin tam karşılanmasının yanı sıra, bireyin çevresinin sürece uyumu önemlidir. dönemdeki pozitif bakımında Roy Adaptasyon Modeli kullanımının yararlarını model kullanımına yönelik örnekleri göstermek amacıyla makalede Modeline göre planlanıp uygulanmıştır. Modeli’ne yönetilen kadın; açıdan bütün ele alınmıştır. Uygulanan sonucunda; bilgi eksikliğinin azaldığı, bireysel baş etme benlik saygısının arttığı, aile içi uyumun anksiyete, ümitsizlik güçsüzlüğün bebeğini aktif emzirdiği gözlenmiştir. sonuçlar doğrultusunda tanılı bireylerde modelinin etkili olduğu düşünülmüştür.
